Donald Ohse, W5DRO .

Bio

Having earned the Technician Class License in 05/06/2009 being assigned the Call KF5AZV. Not feeling it I quickly applied for the vanity Call of W5DRO. I quickly became active in the Amateur Radio Community, founded the Mid-Del Amateur Radio Club, W5MWC in 2011 when the goal of connecting the Amateur Radio Community in the general area I lived. We became active in public service supporting The City of Midwest City Emergency Management.

Having worked in the RF Communications Industry for over a decade at the time and having a passion for electronics Amateur Radio came naturally to me and this lead me in to a career in broadcast where I am responsible for every thing from the light bulb at the top of the tower, to chair that the news anchor sits in.
